Beginning and Ending

For certain practitioners, they may see life differently. Instead of seeing life as continuous, they may see it as series of beginning and ending, beginning and ending, and on and on. So we can simply observe the present moment and see this series of beginning and ending. If we practice like this, we can see the nature of samsara as anicca, dukkha, anatta.

Past seconds have already ended, this second will also end. Breathing starts, breathing stops. So instead of worrying about next life, we can just observe the beginning and ending of present moment.

Next life is just the beginning another series of beginning and ending, only in different realm...
